Shipping – We ship all orders within 3 days of receiving the order. If for some reason the item is not available you will be contacted.
Free International Shipping.
The customer is responsible for any additional taxes and duties. Dell'Est will not be responsible for fees charged by customs.
Exchange – We do not offer refunds on items purchased from our store.
Please contact us (within 72 hours of receiving the item) if you need to do an exchange at, firstname.lastname@example.org. Include your name and number in the email and we will call you back. The customer is responsible for shipping costs associated with the exchange.
Exchanges will only be granted on items in their original condition, unworn, unwashed with tags still attached.
Damaged items - If an item was sent to you damaged we will exchange the item if it is available. In the case that a replacement is not available, we will refund your money.
Final Sale - We do not accept exchanges for discounted items. Sale transactions are final sale.
